The following initial steps can be tried to resolve issues:
On the Facebook application :
- Have you tried updating you browser to the latest version or using a different browser as Google Chrome or Firefox?
- If you use an adBlock extension in your browser, you need to deactivate it or uninstall it.
- You might also need to download the latest version of Adobe Flash Player: http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/?promoid=DJDWD

On the Mobile version :
- First, please close the application entirely, you need to “kill it” :
- On most IOS devices: leave the game > double click the main button at the bottom center > swipe the application to the top of your screen.
- On most Android devices: Keep your finger pressed on the central button (some of you may have to double tap this button instead) then swipe the application to the right side of your screen.
- Empty your cache :
- On most Android devices: Settings > applications > select the application > empty cache
- This is unfortunately not possible on IOS devices.
