I downloaded the MGG application on my mobile. I started a new game then later connected it to Facebook but I have lost my original game! What is going on?

First of all, please note that "Guest accounts" and "Facebook-connected accounts" are two seperated accounts.

* If you already have an MGG game on Facebook:
If you already have a game on Facebook and then download the application you will need to link it right away to Facebook in order to retrieve your Facebook progression.
If you do not so, you will start a new game on a "guest account" and will not be able to synchronize it with your already existing game on Facebook.
You will of course be able to link it to Facebook later but will the progression made on the "guest account" will remain on the "guest account" and will not be transferred to your "Facebook-connected account".


* If you started MGG on a mobile device:
If you started playing MGG for the first time on a mobile device, you will have a "guest account".
You can remain with a "guest account" but will not have access to several Facebook-connected features.
If you link your application to Facebook you will be able to access thoses features and also retrieve your progression on the Facebook MGG application (on your computer).


If you have started playing with a "guest account" and made some progression then linked it to Facebook you will start a new game from scratch with a Facebook-connected account.
Do not worry, you can find your original game (guest account) by disconnecting your game from Facebook.

Any progress made on a guest account will stay on the guest account, separately.
