Several reasons could explain this problem.
First of all, here are some suggestions to try and fix this issue:
1. Make sure that you are running the latest version of
- iOS: To verify, please go to Settings > General > Software.
- Android: You can verify this by going to Settings > About > Android version
2. Close apps running in the background to free up memory.
3. Deactivate the application entirely.
- On most iOS devices: leave the game > double click the Home button on the bottom > swipe the application to the correct side to deactivate it.
- On most Android devices: Click the "windows" button at the left of the Home button then swipe the application to the correct side of your screen to deactivate it.
4. Empty your cache.
- On most Android devices: Settings > applications > select the application > empty cache
- Clearing cache is not possible on iOS devices.
5. If none of the above work, please uninstall and re-install the application.
