What is the Friends' section for?

In the Friends' section, you can: 

- Accept/decline friend requests 

- Search for friends (using GameID, NexusID, FacebookID, or e-mail) and send requests 

- Manage your friends list (see details, send gift, remove) 

- See new friends' suggestions.
